Hello dear June bugs,

welcome to a new month filled with good art here on Baby Teeth! We’ve got some good poetry coming for you the next couple of weeks.

Send us your good, good, wild, weird, mixed media, hard to describe to your mum’s friends, art!

We’re running wild and theme-less as per, but we really love to see visual and mixed media stuff so if you’re making pretty pictures send us some please! Of course we still love poetry babes, so send your writing over too.

This months’ poster is actually by our EIC Lore who cannot stop collaging.

Blackout Poetry Competition

If you aren’t checking socials you might have missed this, we have a poetry competition going!

It’s a blackout competition, and the catch is that you all get the same source article to make your poems from. Yes, fun right? Will two strangers somehow send back the same exact poem? Maybe there should have been a serendipity prize.

Speaking of prizes, the winner gets published on Baby Teeth and $100 cash, 2nd and 3rd runners up will be shared on our socials more information and entry is RIGHT HERE good luck, entries close June 30th!

Our friends at the South Coast Writers Centre are making an anthology of writing by and for their members. What, you aren’t a member? It’s $49 a year and you get so much great stuff while directly supporting local writers of all kinds! Seriously join up, and then send some of your work to Legacies.
